Amb. Stephen Mpuuga Kaboyo

Amb. Kaboyo is the Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
He is an accomplished business executive, with over 30 years in the corporate and financial sector, founder and Managing Director of Alpha Capital Partners. H.E. Kaboyo is the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Uganda, Chairman of Advisory Board of Total Energies Uganda, Chairman Sino Uganda Special Economic Zone, Non-Executive Director of BAT Uganda & Chairman Ezeemoney Fintech. He served at Bank of Uganda in Senior Executive positions and has chaired various corporate boards including Capital Markets Authority, Uganda Telecom, Phenix Logistics among others.
H.E. Kaboyo holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting & Finance from McPherson College Kansas & a number of post graduate professional training in leadership, business and financial services.
