Mrs. Byarugaba chairs the Remuneration & Nominations Committee of the Board of Uganda Reinsurance Company.
She is an accomplished banking professional with experience spanning over 30 years. Mrs. Byarugaba is the Chairperson of Absa Bank Uganda Ltd. Previously; she served as a Trustee on the Board of aBi Trust, a multi-donor entity which was devoted to private sector agri-business development & New Face New Voices, a Pan African Advocacy Group.
